Malfunction

Product worked great for two days then starts skipping and it is very much useless. iPad screen is clean, disk is clean, no iPad screen protector or anything like that. I performed the suggested "Chinese input" test and it skips also there so this is for sure a manufacturing defect of some sort as per many posts here and on amazon.com. Are you guys close to solving the issue? Can you ship replacement disks that so,be the problem? This is a brand new jot pro acquired just 3 days ago! I guess the 30 days return guarantee will be useful but this will not keep you in business for a while which is s shame as the idea was great! Good luck and let me know if you can either ship replacement disks that address the issue or how to process my full refund.
