Jon,

Like I told to you by e-mail: Your website does not permit that I select the shipping address to Brazil! The routine that specify the shipping cost does not calculate it and return to same point again and again.

David and Lia, as mentioned previously, recently our fulfillment center (Amazon), put a few orders on hold when it ran out of stock, but it hasn't been emailing customers to let them know and it hasn't processed those orders now stock is fulfillable again. We are following up all these orders. If you haven't received an email from us, it's most likely because we haven't received an email from you, which will most likely be because you haven't sent one or your email is in our spam folder. Please email me at jon@adonit.net, that will make sure you get through to us.

I ordered a Jot Flip - Silver on February 4 2013 and still haven't recieved any updates as to when it's shipping or if indeed has shipped. I've emailed you several times and all I get back is an automated response. I've tried calling and still, no response. Please get back to me about my order # 34791781

It's been 8 days with no communication. Very unprofessional.

I bought a Jot-Pro on Feb 7, and with the Expedited Shipping for 
another $9 (said "will deliver on Feb 9"). The Order Num is: 
34792040. Till now I haven't got any information of the shipping.

I'm not sure how to track it or whether I can receive it on time since you 
seems haven't shipped it yet.

Dear Joachin, since you don't seem to be receiving our emails, I will answer you again here. Your order is a pre-order for a product which is not yet shipping. You pre-ordered the new Jot Touch, which will not be shipped until February at earliest. This is why you don't have a tracking number; you will not receive a tracking number until your order has been shipped, and your order will not be shipped until February at earliest.

  • I replied to the email asking for a status and got no response.
  • I called the phone number on the Paypal account and left a voicemail on the cellphone's answering service.
  • I emailed today help@adonit.net and I'm waiting on a response.
I would like to get some sort of communication other than an automated response to know where this pen is. The communication has not been good.

When your order is shipped you receive an email notification that includes the tracking number for your order. Once you have that tracking number you can then go track your order!

If it has been at least 5 business days since you placed your order and you still have not received the shipping notification please submit a ticket to the help desk.
