Replacing a Disc

Before I pull the existing disc off the Jot Pro I'd like to be assured that I should just grab ahold of it and pull. From the answer to the "Can the disc break off?" question, I presume I should just swallow hard and pull the faulty disc off but that makes me a bit nervous.

You can use this guide to help you replace a disc.

one thing i should have added...   when you pop the new disc on, MAKE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN YOU DO IT BY PUTTING THE DISK ON A COMPLETELY FLAT SURFACE AND THEN PUSHING DOWN WITH THE PEN.  the reason i say this, is because the issue i mention above; mine developed a bulge in the center that caused the sensitivity to diminish.   i believe i might have made the bulge a little worse by pushing the disc back on with my fingers.   i think ADONIT should make sure to include that in their replacement disc packs, if they haven't already.

in my experience, it pops off with just a little force, and seems to be unbreakable (at least the ball joint).   i've popped mine on and off several times over the course of trying to fix a different issue with it.
